Made for the Cathedral Quarter Gloucester, and presented by City Archaeologist Andrew Armstrong, 'Secrets of Westgate Street' showcases the amazing, and truly fascinating history uncovered along Westgate Street, Gloucester as part of Historic England's High Street Heritage Action Zone.

'Secrets of Westgate Street' follows the incredible history of one of Gloucester's important streets. For over 2,000 years, the street has become an integral part of Gloucester, from the transportation of goods, to welcoming people in and out of city.  The recent repair and development of the street has allowed us to capture some of the amazing discoveries that were once hidden.
